An integrated approach partly based on Adam Scott and Dave Waddell’s The Experience Book, it is a methodology that provides a foundation for implementing immediate and lasting change, breaking down siloes, systemising a process of continual improvement, and allowing individuals and teams to flourish.
Training includes a series of foundational and sector-specific courses, which can be accessed remotely or as a hybrid of remote and in-person learning. The foundational courses include both theoretical and practical elements on the masterplanned experience, while the Sector courses help individuals and teams apply that knowledge to their own organisations.
