Creating a sense of place

In the era of experiences, Adelaide Airport engaged FreeState to look at defining their Sense of Place proposition. As more people than ever look to move and travel around the world, it is an important time to differentiate what they stand for and define the experiences that shape their place and their culture to enhance competitiveness and customer experience.
Through phases of investigation and vision, FreeState sought out and drew on those defining characteristics and explored them through the lens of the ideal traveller experience to map themes and opportunities over the Adelaide Airport masterplan under the guidance of an Experience Vision Manifesto.
